I woke up this morning at 5:45 am to make it to exercising at 6 am. There is the nicest lady in my neighborhood who does a strength training class on Tues and Thurs. She kicks my butt. It is super hard but I love it. My plan is to do the strength training on Tues and Thurs and go running on Mon, Wed and Fri.
Exercise-check
Eating well-I could have done better. I started out awesome. I was eating little bits of good things all day. Around 3pm I started getting a massive headache. I have not had this bad of a headache in a long long time. So I just held on and kept eating little bits. But then my daughter and I were out doing some errands and she was hungry so we stopped and got Chinese food. Blast....I was doing so well.
Tomorrow I am going to drink more water and see if that helps the headaches.
